Membership questions

Useful answers
before you join.

Call (319) 200-1096 if your question depends on current terms, staffing, or availability.

How do I become a member?

Sign up online and staff will confirm within one business day, or call (319) 200-1096 and visit either Cedar Rapids location. Either way the agreement and first payment are finished in person, so bring a photo ID and a card to your first visit.

Is every location open 24 hours?

Westside offers 24/7 member access. Downtown is open Monday through Friday from 4am to 10pm and Saturday through Sunday from 7am to 6pm.

Can I train at both locations?

Yes. The $85 All Access membership includes both Downtown and Westside. Westside offers 24/7 member access, while Downtown follows its published hours.

Is personal training available?

Yes. Every trainer has a profile on the personal training page with a form that writes to them directly, so you can ask about rates and availability before joining. Call (319) 200-1096 if you would rather talk it through.
