Information you submit
The public website includes a contact form, a membership signup form, and a form on each trainer’s page for messaging that trainer. The name, email address, phone number, location, membership choice, preferred start date, and anything else you send through any of them are stored in the website’s database and emailed to House of Iron staff so someone can reply to you. A message to a trainer also goes to that trainer with your email address set as the reply-to, which is how their answer reaches you; their reply comes from their own inbox and is not stored by this website. The signup form is not a checkout: it does not ask for card or bank details, nothing is charged online, and it does not create a member portal account — membership is finished in person at the House. To ask a question or ask that a form submission be removed, you can call House of Iron.
