The people behind the House

Names,
not a front desk.

A gym is a room until somebody runs it. These are the people who open it, keep it working, and know your name by the second week.

How the House runs

Small team.
No front to keep up.

You will meet most of us in your first week. There is no call centre and no membership consultant: the person who signs you up is the person you will see on the floor, and the person who fixes the leg press is the one who noticed it first.

Ask us anything, including the things that feel obvious. Nobody here thinks less of a question, and the alternative is guessing at a machine you have never used.

Who you will meet

The House team.
Front desk to owner.

Say hello to any of us. That is genuinely the whole instruction.
