Effort over image.
You do not need to perform belonging. Show up, do the work, and let consistency speak.
Our House · Our code
House of Iron is a veteran-owned Cedar Rapids gym for people who respect the work, the equipment, and the people sharing the floor.

What makes it a House
You do not need to arrive knowing every machine or feeling completely confident. Show up ready to work, ask when you need help, and give the next person the same room to train.
The culture becomes visible in small things: a returned plate, a clean bench, and basic respect between people.
Three rules · Every session
Reset the rack, bar, or dumbbell area so the next member can begin.
Clean what you used and leave it ready for the next set.
Train with focus without making the room smaller for someone else.

Two Cedar Rapids locations
Downtown puts the former Strand Theater back to work. Westside gives members 24/7 access. Both follow the same three rules.

A good training floor works because everyone takes responsibility for a small part of it.
